Returns Policy
At HiddenCamerasHQ.com we strive to insure that all merchandise sold is free of any manufacturers defects, but in the event that an item you purchase from us either arrives non-functional or stops functioning with ninety (90) days of the date of purchase, you may return the item for repair or exchange. Returned items will be handled as a warranty return and either repaired or replaced at Hidden Cameras Headquarters discretion.
Due to abuse of our prior liberal returns policy, Hidden Cameras Headquarters will no longer accept returns for items purchased except those that were damaged during transit, received Dead on Arrival or those that cease working within ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. A request for a Return Merchandise Authorization number must be received prior to ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase.
Note: All returns must have a valid "Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)" number associated with the return.
Instructions For Filing For A "Return Merchandise Authorization" Number
Items shipped to Hidden Cameras Headquarters without a valid RMA # will be returned to the customer at the customers own expense. Automatic RMA submissions via Hidden Cameras Headquarters automated filing process are not available after ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. If you are unable to locate the "Registration of the Return" link from within your orders page, then it may be beyond 90 days from the date of purchase. If you are not able to find the registration of the return link and believe that you have not exceeded the 90 day time frame, please contact us.
Step 1
Log into your account using the email address and password originally submitted during customer registration.
Step 2
In the My Account menu click on "Orders" and then click on the order number you would like to file a RMA for. If your past orders do not display you may search for the order number you would like to return, or if you already know your order number you may enter it into the space provided. When you have located your order number, click on the order number to pull up that order.
Step 3
From the Order Info page, click on the "Registration of the return" link located directly above the Print Invoice button.
Step 4
Next check the box next to the item(s) you would like to return and the quantity you wish to return in the event multiple items were damaged during shipment. Next, using the drop down menu choose reason for the return. If you have any additional comments, you may enter them into the Comments box regarding your return.
Step 5
Click on the "Return" button to finalize your return.
Step 6
You will receive an email with your Return Merchandise Authorization number once your return has been authorized as well as shipping instructions. Please include this RMA # on the exterior of the shipping container. You may also log into your account and click on the "Return Requests" link from the My Account menu. When the Retun Info page opens, you may print a copy of the product return to include with your shipment by clicking the "PRINT SLIP" link in the upper right hand corner of the Return Info page. Your returned item(s) will either be repair or replaced, at Hidden Cameras Headquarters discretion, once we have received your return at our office. Items returned without an RMA # marked on the outside of the shipping container will be rejected.
